Welcome Scuba Divers.

This is the fourth year that we, Martin and Brenda, run Rich Coast Diving. We feel that the shop has really progressed. Our goal was to make this center in a 5* center but we have done even more. Martin always had the ambition to become a PADI Course Director, but time always seemed an issue.
In 2008, the shop was running fine and we felt the staff could manage without us for a while. Martin applied for the CDTC and was accepted and off we went to Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia.
The course was a great experience and Martin feels it’s one of the better PADI programs. So back to Playas del Coco and getting ready for the first IDC. Rich Coast Diving is now a PADI 5* IDC center and not only expanded with the education level, but also with the shops image.
We have imported a big stock of dive equipment for retail and we are rebuilding the classroom. New chairs and desks will be upstairs and the students can enjoy their course in an air-conditioned surrounding.
Of course the rest will go on as normal, but now our courses have expanded. The opportunities are getting bigger, more specialties, and more challenges to be taught.

We also opened a new office in Playa Hermosa on the premises of Hotel Playa Hermosa ( Bosque del Mar )
Dive equipment is on location so it is possible to start diving today in the hotel pool.
We are looking forward to a good 2010 together with the hotel.
